What types of athletes is this sprint training program for?
This program is designed for the short sprints, as well as any athlete who needs to sprint between 40 yards and 200m for their sport or testing. This program works for athletes in the following events and sports:
- 60m Dash
- 100m Dash
- 200m Dash
- 400m Dash (if you adjust the conditioning sprints to longer distances)
- Football players
- Baseball players
- Soccer players
- Bobsled athletes
- Skeleton athletes

If you need more than 4 weeks of training, I would suggest you sign up for the sprint training subscription! This will give you workouts every week of your season, which are designed to help you run as fast as possible and stay health. Best of all, it is very affordable at only $8 per week!
